Your confirmed quote defines the rental
Website rates help you compare options. Before booking, confirm the delivery address, dumpster type and size, permitted materials, rental dates, included weight, total price, and any extra charges. A quote request alone does not reserve equipment.
Access and placement
Describe slopes, overhead obstacles, narrow entrances, surface concerns, or shared access before delivery. Clear the agreed placement area and keep it accessible for pickup. Check with the relevant property owner or municipality if placement extends beyond your own property.
Weight, time, and materials
The listed capacity does not override the approved weight allowance or material restrictions. Ask about overweight rates, extra days, special disposal fees, and any changes needed during the rental. Never move the dumpster or trailer without approval.
Changes to the plan
Contact us promptly if your project dates change, access becomes blocked, or you find unexpected debris. Ask about cancellation, rescheduling, or pickup arrangements before committing to the rental. The written agreement provided for your booking controls the transaction.
